Graeme Bevan

Geordie Riffs Creator

Dominic Scott

A little bit about me. I have played guitar for 14 years and played in bands which toured the UK supporting major artists such as Catfish and the Bottlemen, Reverend and The Makers, The Futureheads, Goldie Lookin’ Chain and many more.

I began giving lessons to friends and family around 10 years ago and was given great feedback. Word spread and as I no longer gig as a musician, the enjoyment from helping others lead me to taking this venture as a full time occupation. Although I don’t gig, I am now requested as a session guitarist and collaborate with other artists supplying guitar tracks for their recordings.

I was recognized by the Registry of Guitar Tutors of the London College of Music as an outstanding guitarist and was awarded membership in 2019 based on my playing and teaching ability.

Guitar is my one true passion (don’t tell the wife!) and I hope that I can pass that down onto all members of the Geordie Riff community!

This is Ted my labrador. We drove all the way to Wales to rescue this poor pooch. He’s now chief mascot of Geordie Riffs! He loves guitar and you will most likely see him smiling, fast asleep on the sofa while guitars are being played. Awwww…
