Natalie is our luthier and guitar repairer! She’s an approved and certified Taylor Factory Authorized Service Technician and also worked alongside Fender, PRS, Seymour Duncan, Allparts and Rotosound. She’s the queen of guitar setups with over a decade of experience! She’s fully qualified to do everything from a restring to a refret and endorsed by manufacturers so you can buy parts direct from us!

WE DON’T TEACH LIKE ANYONE ELSE!! No grading, no set curriculum, minimum theory and MAXIMUM PLAYING! We create guitar lessons solely for you based on your playing goals! FREE JAMMING SESSIONS

Want to have the experience of playing with a professional musician? Come along to our free jamming sessions with Graeme on a Saturday! We’ll play the songs you’ve learnt from your guitar lessons through the studio together! You must be able to play a few songs in order to attend and be a current student. Jamming sessions are on a first come first served basis and are hugely popular..so get in quick!

Taylor Guitars has certified warranty Service Centers available in various locations around the globe. Service Centers, such as ourselves, have successfully completed the training required by Taylor Guitars and are authorized to perform warranty services. Warranty claims can be made directly through ourselves. You are not required to contact Taylor Customer Service prior to visiting us. However, please call the Service Center prior to shipping your guitar.

Natalie provided a great, efficient service, detailing the job to be done with full costings. All done with the added bonus of a very quick turnaround thanks to her determination with a stubborn screw! However, After receiving a setup from Geordie Riffs I’ve realised how much of an amateur I am.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Recently took my Taylor guitar into Natalie as I wanted a Taylor tech to look at the neck setting and action. Natalie identified a problem with the guitar and recommended it be sent back to Taylor for assessment, keeping me informed every step of the way including any potential costs, liased with Taylor and we managed to get it done under warranty ! I got a new neck on the guitar and a great setup and all covered by warranty which I hadn't considered as the problem was 'hidden'. Lesson - use a proper authorised tech or luthier as they know what they are looking for ! Many thanks for sorting it Natalie, very professional service, would recommend Geordie Riffs.

Project : Full Set Up and Re-string Gretsch Electromatic G6129 Synchromatic Sparkle Jet Gold Pinstriped in Brooklyn, NY I'll try and keep this short and sweet but can't promise 🤣🤣🤣 From first contact with Natalie & GR I was completely at ease. The process was explained thoroughly, the timescale was given ... all of which i was very happy with. Why did i use GR ? Quite simply ... I read the companies bio and also read the write up on Natalie and her level of professionalism and knowledge. I couldn't have been more happy to leave my baby with them. When I got my guitar back it was unrecognisable ... gleaming like a silver bullet from head to toe. I never expected Natalie to go to the lengths she did to set up my Gretsch so I was complete floored at the job she had done. To top it all she said it had been a pleasure to work on such a beautiful instrument ( judge for yourself). Anyone who is unsure about using GR ... please don't be ... they take their work very seriously and the care with which they handle instruments is second to none. No stone is left unturned when dealing with issues. A little few words from Natalie Bevan ... "All the glitz and glam on this Gretsch. It was a wall hanger before and needed some attention, it’s been polished and cleaned within an inch of its life and setup with D’Addario strings!  .... What a statement !!
